3. Bookings and Quotes
Bookings requested through the Website are subject to confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking, including due to safety concerns, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the job site, access, and nature of the issue when requesting a quote or booking.
Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate where the actual scope of work differs from the information provided.
4. Payment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or payment of the cost of having the services resupplied.
